WHAT MAKES BAKEOLOGY COOKIE BITES DIFFERENT?

WHAT KIND OF SUGAR DO YOU USE?
We use organic cane sugar, which is less refined than traditional white sugar and retains more of its natural character.


WHAT KIND OF FLOUR DO YOU USE?
We use a custom blend of rice flour, almond meal, and tapioca starch to create the perfect texture and crunch.


WHAT DO YOU USE IN PLACE OF EGGS?
We use organic flax as a plant-based binder. When mixed with water, it creates a texture similar to eggs.


WHAT DO YOU USE IN PLACE OF BUTTER?
We use organic coconut oil, a plant-based alternative that provides the rich texture you expect in a cookie.


ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NON-GMO?
Yes. All Bakeology Cookie Bites are Non-GMO Verified.


ARE YOUR COOKIES ORGANIC?
Our products are made with a high percentage of organic ingredients, and we are continually working toward increasing that percentage.


WHY DO YOUR COOKIES CONTAIN FAT?
Like all cookies, fat is essential for texture and flavor. We use coconut oil instead of butter or palm oil blends for a plant-based approach.


DO YOU USE XANTHAN GUM?
No. We use a small amount of guar gum, which is derived from a natural plant source.


DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN SOY?
No. Our cookies are soy-free.


ARE YOUR COOKIES PALEO?
No, our products are not paleo.


ARE YOUR COOKIES NUT-FREE?
No. Many of our products contain almond meal.


WHERE ARE YOUR COOKIES MADE?
All Bakeology products are made in our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.


WHY DO YOU USE SUNFLOWER OIL?
We use a very small amount of organic sunflower oil as part of our formulation.


WHY DID MY COOKIES ARRIVE CRUMBLED?
Our cookies are delicate by nature, and while we take care to package them securely, shipping carriers can sometimes be rough in transit. If your cookies arrive crumbled, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement.

In the meantime, don’t toss them — cookie crumbles make a great topping for ice cream, yogurt, or smoothie bowls.
